Product description
The streamlined shape of the Tiima glass lamp resembles hourglass, as the name implies. Tiima is part of Tapio Wirkkala's collection of glass light fittings and fits well into classic as well as modern interiors, either on its own or in groups. The light fixture consists of an opal glass LED light source, a mouth-blown glass dome and a metallic black luminaire holder. Tiima is available in four different color options: smoke blue, greenish gray, sand and clear. The package includes a dimmable WIR-85 light source, a glass dome, a lamp holder, a black cord, a lamp plug and a roof cup.

Tapio Wirkkala
Internationally acclaimed artist Tapio Wirkkala (1915–1985) is considered one of the leading figures of Finnish modern industrial design and one of its most respected designers. He was a multiple award winner at the Milan Triennale, received the Pro Finlandia medal in 1955, and was granted the title of Academician in 1972.
