Cancelling Your Order

You have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product. If the last day of this period falls on a weekend or public holiday, the period is extended to the next business day.

Cancellation is done using the form below. Fill in the form and submit it — you will receive an automatic confirmation email as proof of cancellation.

The returned product must be in resalable condition, with all parts intact and in its original packaging. Innojok Oy covers the return shipping costs.

We will refund the amount paid to your original payment method no later than within 14 days of receiving and processing the return.

Please note! If the product is faulty, this is a complaint — not a cancellation. In that case, please contact asiakaspalvelu@innolux.fi, and we will do our best to repair or replace the product.
